Pangea has been a preferred recruitment partner for us for many years now. We have placed a good number of people across different levels and different functions through our work with Pangea.

One of the reasons we really like working with Pangea is because we get very good coverage from them. We feel like we have a very real dialogue; they listen to our needs. We are a little bit particular in what we look for, and it requires a little bit of patience from the recruiter side until we find the right person.

The consistency of the service we get from Pangea, and the fact that we continue to see the same people - they know us, we know them - that's a differentiator. Some of our search processes end up a little bit difficult. It takes us a long time; for example, it's taken me more than a year to fill a role on the energy transition side. Sometimes we see with other recruiters that they'll get a bit tired after a few months of continuing to source new candidates. With Pangea, I found that they never give up. They always continue to source new candidates for us and refine the search until we hopefully find someone who's suitable for the role.

Would you recommend Pangea to other firms in the market and why?

We would certainly like to keep Pangea's best candidates for ourselves, but I would have no hesitation recommending Pangea to other firms. I'm sure they would have a positive experience.
