CHALLENGE
With 14 gigawatts of installed power under Long-Term Service Agreements and an additional 12 gigawatts under development, NMES required a strategic partner to supply skilled teams for critical service support across key facilities in KSA, Jordan, Oman, and the UAE.
SOLUTION
Pangea’s workforce solutions model enabled our key project manager and talent team to collaborate closely with NMES during pre-season workforce planning meetings. Together, we outlined the full project scope, including team composition, volume requirements, contingency labor pools, and logistical considerations such as country entry, Letters of Invitation (LOIs), accommodation, and transportation. This thorough planning allowed us to implement a structured procurement order system, enabling NMES to efficiently access the required service teams.
