This consultative sales role focuses on industrial asset owners in oil & gas, power generation, utilities, and related heavy industries. You will sell integrated inspection, testing, monitoring, reliability, and asset-integrity solutions that improve safety, uptime, compliance, and asset life.
Responsibilities
  • Build and execute a Northeast territory plan focused on new business and strategic accounts.

  • Maintain accurate CRM pipeline, forecasts, and account plans.
  • Travel regionally for customer meetings, site visits, events, and networking.
Qualifications
  • Experience in business development, technical sales, account management, or strategic selling within industrial, engineering, inspection, reliability, or asset-management services.

  • Proven ability to win new accounts, manage complex sales cycles, and grow strategic relationships.
  • Strong communication, commercial judgment, and ability to sell on value rather than price.
  • Self-directed, competitive, and comfortable owning a territory.
Preferred Background
  • NDT/NDE, inspection, corrosion, materials engineering, mechanical integrity, reliability, condition monitoring, or related experience.
  • Familiarity with UT, radiography, PAUT, TOFD, MFL, rope access, or remote inspection technologies.
