Sales Manager – Battery Energy Storage Solutions (BESS). Remote with 40% travel across the UK.

My client is now looking for a Sales Manager BESS to lead growth in our Battery Energy Storage Solutions division across the UK.
⚡ What You’ll Do
- Lead and expand sales of Commercial & Industrial (C&I) BESS product lines across the UK.
- Manage budgets and ensure targets are achieved.
- Perform market and competitor analysis to drive commercial strategy.
- Develop and nurture relationships with installers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Lead a high-performing sales team and represent Pramac at trade fairs and industry events.
- Identify and implement new initiatives tailored to market needs.
🔋 What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of sales experience in the Battery Energy Storage sector within the UK.
- Proven success in Sales and Business Development.
- Ability to work independently, with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM tool.
- Willingness to travel approx. 50% of the time across UK
