Construction Manager On-Site

My client has an urgent requirement for multiple on-site Construction Managers to support a growing portfolio of BESS, Microgrid, and CHP projects across Queens, Brooklyn, and Staten Island.

This is a fully field-based role overseeing site execution end-to-end, including coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, tracking schedule and progress reporting, driving quality control, resolving RFIs, supporting commissioning and close-out activities, and maintaining clear site documentation.

Desired experience:

• 3+ years of on-site construction management experience (electrical or civil)
• Proven experience managing key aspects of construction, including scope, budget, schedule, and permitting
• Energy sector experience is a plus but not essential
• All travel expenses are covered, including tolls
