We are seeking a Construction Manager to support the delivery of complex construction projects across Texas, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards. This role partners closely with general contractors, subcontractors, designers, and internal stakeholders to drive field execution, reporting, and issue resolution.

- Manage day-to-day construction execution from preconstruction through closeout (scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety).
- Coordinate on-site activities with the GC and subcontractors, confirming sequencing, manpower, and materials align to the plan.
- Track progress against the baseline schedule; produce weekly look-aheads and support recovery plans where needed.
- Support cost control activities including change order review support, tracking of project commitments, and pay application review.
- Drive timely resolution of RFIs, submittals, and field clarifications with design and delivery teams.
- Maintain compliance with Texas/local codes, permitting requirements, inspections, and project standards.
- Promote and enforce HSE expectations, participating in site safety walks and ensuring corrective actions are closed out.
- Lead/participate in project meetings, issue logs, and action tracking; provide clear status updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain organized project documentation (daily reports, photos, as-builts, turnover packages).
- Support commissioning/turnover, punch list management, and final closeout documentation.
- 3–5 years of experience in construction management or field/project engineering roles on commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and jobsite operations.
- Experience supporting schedule tracking, field reporting, and basic change management.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings/specifications and identify constructability or coordination issues.
- Strong communication skills with a hands-on, site-focused approach.
