We are representing a up and coming project delivery company currently operating in the Datacentre space. Our client is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of complex, mission-critical construction projects in Poland on a contractual basis.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain detailed cost plans, budgets, and forecasts across the project lifecycle
- Monitor and control project expenditure, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and financial targets
- Produce accurate and timely cost reports, including cash flow forecasts and variance analysis
- Support procurement activities, including tender evaluation, benchmarking, and cost validation
- Assess contractor applications, variations, and change orders in line with contractual requirements
- Identify and manage cost risks and opportunities, providing proactive mitigation strategies
- Work closely with project, engineering, and commercial teams to drive cost efficiency and value engineering initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, governance procedures, and contractual obligations
- Proven experience in a Cost Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, or Cost Manager role on large-scale construction projects (data centre or mission-critical experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of cost control, financial reporting, and project controls processes
- Experience working under international contract frameworks such as FIDIC
- Familiarity with Polish construction practices and commercial environment is advantageous
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with cost management systems/tools
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and ability to engage with multidisciplinary teams
- Degree-qualified (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
