We are representing a up and coming project delivery company currently operating in the Datacentre space. Our client is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of complex, mission-critical construction projects in Poland on a contractual basis.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, review, and develop electrical systems including HV/LV distribution, UPS systems, generators, and switchgear
- Produce and review technical drawings, specifications, and load calculations
- Coordinate effectively with design, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Oversee on-site installation activities, ensuring compliance with design intent, safety standards, and regulations
- Support testing, commissioning, and validation of critical power systems
- Monitor system performance and diagnose electrical faults or issues
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements (IEC, BS, IEEE)
- Contribute to energy efficiency, resilience, and system optimisation initiatives
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- Proven experience in data centres, critical environments, or large-scale MEP infrastructure projects
- Strong technical understanding of power systems, including UPS, generators, and distribution networks
- Familiarity with industry standards (IEC, BS, IEEE)
- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, ETAP, and Dialux
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
