Head of Product

We are representing a dynamic company at the forefront of electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure and hardware solutions. Focused on advancing high-power charging technology, they are committed to supporting sustainable transportation through innovative product development. Currently expanding their leadership team, they are seeking a highly experienced professional to fill the role of Head of Product.

Overview of the role:

• Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap for EV hardware solutions, including high-power charging systems up to 50 kW to 400kW.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver innovative charging products.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate new technologies into product offerings.
• Oversee product testing, quality assurance, and customer feedback to refine solutions.

Required experience and skills:

• Extensive experience in EV hardware development, particularly with high-power charging systems.
• Proven track record working with OEM systems such as Tesla and other major manufacturers.
• Strong background in product management within energy, automotive, or hardware sectors.
• Leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and drive product strategy.
• Degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
• Deep understanding of high-power electrical systems and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) integration is preferred.
