Investment Analyst/Associate - Value Add Infrastructure

Pangea is partnered with a leading institutional asset manager who is looking to hire an Investment Analyst/Associate to join its Value-Add Infrastructure Private Equity team based in Zurich. The platform invests directly across core/core+ and value-add infrastructure, with a strong track record of executed deals and an expanding mandate across OECD markets (Europe & North America). This is an excellent opportunity for a high-calibre early-career investor to gain exposure across the full investment lifecycle, from origination through execution and portfolio management. You will support senior investors across live transactions and portfolio work, taking ownership of defined diligence workstreams and contributing to investment committee materials.

THE ROLE

• Support origination and execution of direct infrastructure investments
• Contribute across the full investment lifecycle (screening → diligence → IC → closing → monitoring)
• Own specific due diligence workstreams (financial / commercial / operational)
• Build and refine financial models and perform valuations
• Prepare investment memoranda and materials for internal committees
• Assist with portfolio company monitoring and ongoing performance analysis
• Conduct independent sector research on themes, trends, and opportunities

THE CANDIDATE

• Strong academic background (top-tier university / business school)
• 2–5 years’ full-time experience in either Investment banking (M&A) and/or infrastructure investing
• Demonstrable interest in infrastructure investing and long-term value creation
• Excellent analytical capability and financial modelling skills; strong grounding in corporate finance
• Proactive, collaborative, “hands-on” attitude; comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English required; an additional European language strongly preferred
