PPA Originator – Renewable Energy An established international renewable energy company is seeking an experienced PPA Originator to support the commercial growth of its utility-scale solar and energy infrastructure portfolio across Europe.
This role will focus on the structuring, negotiation and execution of long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and offers the opportunity to work closely with commercial, financing, legal and project development teams in a fast-growing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Structure and negotiate Power Purchase Agreements for renewable energy projects
- Evaluate commercial viability, market risks and pricing structures for project opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with utilities, corporate off-takers and energy trading counterparties
- Support financing activities through commercially robust long-term agreements
- Analyse electricity market dynamics and contribute to risk mitigation strategies
- Lead contract negotiations including term sheets and commercial agreements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across development, finance, legal and technical functions
- Identify emerging market opportunities and support new product development within the PPA space
- Degree in Economics, Engineering, Energy Management, Finance or a related field
- Demonstrated experience within renewable energy, electricity markets, PPAs or energy trading
- Strong understanding of PPA structures and electricity market fundamentals
- Experience negotiating commercial contracts and managing stakeholder relationships
- Financial modelling and commercial analysis capabilities
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive and structured approach to work
