A leading organisation specialising in mission-critical infrastructure is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to oversee MEP delivery for data centre projects across Germany.


Overview of the role:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for data centre projects.
• Oversee design reviews, procurement, logistics, installation, commissioning, and client handover.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, OEMs, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Review technical documentation and support FAT/SAT and punch-list closure.
• Ensure timely delivery of critical equipment such as UPS, generators, chillers, and cooling units.

Required experience and skills:

• 5–10+ years’ experience in MEP or mission-critical/data centre projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical distribution, UPS systems, generators, cooling technologies, and BMS/EPMS.
• Proven project management skills in planning, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services.
• EU Passport is essential.
