Project Manager – Critical Environments Construction
A leading global firm specialising in managing complex construction projects is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-profile critical environment developments, including data centres and hospitals. This role is advertised on behalf of a valued client, a company committed to delivering innovative and challenging projects with integrity and excellence.
Overview of the role
  • Lead the delivery of critical environment construction projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients, design teams, contractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Manage risk, contingency planning, and resolve project issues.
  • Oversee project documentation, invoicing, and financial tracking.
Required experience and skills
  • 3+ years in construction project management, with a focus on critical environments such as data centres, labs, or hospitals.
  • Proven experience in ground-up MEP construction.
  • Low voltage experience preferred
  • Telecommunications experience preferred
  • Fibre experience desirable
  • Data centre experience desirable
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Relevant construction-related qualification or equivalent experience.
