Project Manager

Overview Pangea are currently supporting one of our key clients, who are kicking off 2026 with new projects accross the nordic region. We are seeking MEP Project Managers to oversee the delivery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for data centre projects. This role manages equipment production, logistics, installation interfaces, commissioning support, and client handover from the vendor perspective.

Contractual Role: Project scopes up to 2 years
Locations: Projects Accross the Nodics

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end MEP equipment delivery: design reviews, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and commissioning support.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, reports, and risk registers.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, OEMs, and internal engineering teams.
• Review technical documents, submittals, and shop drawings for compliance.
• Support FAT/SAT, Level 1–5 commissioning, documentation, and punch-list closure.
• Ensure timely delivery of long-lead items (UPS, generators, switchgear, chillers, cooling units, controls).

Requirements

• 5–10+ years’ experience in MEP or mission-critical/data centre projects (vendor or GC/MC background strongly preferred). (Junior profiles can also be considered) 
• Strong understanding of electrical distribution, UPS systems, generators, cooling technologies, and BMS/EPMS integration.
• Proven project management skills across planning, cost control, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services).
