Role Overview
Currently Pangea are looking for an experienced project manager to join an electrical conglomorateto deliver large-scale data centre projects in Sweden. The role focuses on managing electrical scope, specifically installtion and commissioning ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the electrical works with a focus on the MV package and UPS.
• Lead electrical design coordination, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Manage electrical contractors, vendors, programme, budget, and risk.
• Act as the main electrical interface with the client, consultants, and utilities.
• Ensure compliance with Swedish regulations, IEC standards, and client specifications.
• Drive health, safety, quality, and commissioning activities, including IST.

Requirements

• Degree or trade background in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience delivering data centre or mission-critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of critical power systems and redundancy (N, N+1, 2N).
• Experience with HV systems, generators, and UPS.
• Fluent in English
