QAQC Manager

We are supporting a leading contractor specialising in data centre projects to find a highly experienced QAQC Manager with strong MEP expertise. This is a site-based role involving travel across critical environments, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the project life cycle.

• Based in Norway, with initial travel required to manufacturing facilities and then site based in Heroya & Drangedal.

Role Overview:

• Lead the QA/QC strategy for mechanical, electrical, and associated interfaces on data centre projects.
• Manage the implementation of the project quality plan, ITPs, and ensure compliance with client standards.
• Conduct site inspections, manage documentation, and oversee material and equipment submittals.
• Drive NCR management, support commissioning, and participate in quality meetings with stakeholders.
• Promote continuous improvement through audits, lessons learned, and reporting.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience as a QAQC Manager on MEP-heavy projects, ideally within data centres or mission-critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, inspection processes, and construction documentation.
• Experience working with multiple subcontractors and vendors in fast-paced settings.
• Comfortable working on-site with regular travel.
• Formal quality qualifications (ISO, lead auditor) and a background in Mechanical/Electrical engineering are preferred.
