Quality Engineer

We are representing a leading organisation based in Dubai, specializing in data centre operations and generator solutions. They are currently seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to strengthen their team.
This pivotal role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of data centre infrastructure and generator systems, supporting their commitment to operational excellence and top-tier service delivery.

Role Overview:

• Manage quality assurance processes for data centre facilities and generator systems
• Oversee inspection and testing of power generators and backup systems to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability and uptime
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions related to generator performance and data centre operations
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure quality standards are met for critical power and cooling infrastructure
• Conduct internal audits and maintain documentation for quality management related to data centre environment and generator performance

Required Experience & Skills:

• Degree in engineering, electrical, or relevant technical field
• Experience working with data centre infrastructure and backup power systems
• Familiarity with generator testing, Maintenance, and compliance standards
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to manage supplier quality and respond to operational issues efficiently
