Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly driven Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and control activities for the manufacture of generators supplying mission-critical data centre projects. This role is central to ensuring products meet the highest standards of reliability, compliance, and performance expected by hyperscale and colocation data centre clients across Europe.
The successful candidate will own the Quality Management System, drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and supply chain processes, and act as the primary quality interface with customers, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:
Quality Strategy & Governance
- Define and implement the quality strategy aligned with business objectives and data centre customer expectations.
- Ensure quality processes are embedded across engineering, manufacturing, testing, and delivery.
- Lead quality control activities across generator assembly, integration, testing, and final release.
- Ensure full traceability of critical components and assemblies.
- Oversee Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) processes, documentation, and customer witness tests.
- Monitor and report quality KPIs, driving corrective and preventive actions.
- Establish and manage supplier quality standards for key components (engines, alternators, control systems, fuel systems).
- Conduct supplier audits, performance reviews, and qualification processes.
- Manage non-conformances related to suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with applicable EU and Spanish regulations, including CE marking and relevant EN/IEC standards.
- Oversee compliance related to noise, emissions, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Support external audits, certification bodies, and customer quality audits.
- Act as the main quality point of contact for data centre clients, consultants, and EPC contractors.
- Prepare and manage project-specific Quality Plans, ITPs, and inspection dossiers.
- Lead root cause analysis and resolution of customer complaints, NCRs, and field issues.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experienced within a managerial position on datacentr eproject, wiht a heavy involvement in quality assurance
- Proven experience working with data centre or mission-critical projects.
- Hands-on experience with FAT/SAT and customer inspections.
- Speaks both english and spanish
