Senior Manager of Development

My client is making a major impact in the U.S. clean energy market with a diverse mix of solar, wind, and battery storage projects, all aimed at reaching net-zero emissions by 2050. Building on their oil and gas roots, they’re shifting to large-scale renewables and driving innovation in sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects to construction-ready status, securing land rights, permits, and local agreements
• Work with teams on design, technology, and construction transitions
• Build strong community relationships and represent the company in the field
• Identify new renewable opportunities and contribute to M&A due diligence
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and reporting

Requirements

• Passion for renewable energy
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• 2-4 years of energy industry experience, preferably in renewables
