Role: Senior Project Manager - Data Centres

Role: Senior Project Manager - Data Centres
Experience Required:
- At least 5+ years of construction project management experience, with a solid understanding of building design and construction processes
- Minimum of 3-5+ years managing Data Centres projects.
- MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) experience in ground-up construction
- Strong analytical, organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience mentoring teams and managing multiple project components
- Lead and independently manage full project scopes, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within scope, and on budget
- Oversee risk management, contingency planning, and schedule/budget recovery efforts
- Act as a trusted partner to clients, maintaining alignment with their vision and expectations
- Manage project teams, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors
- Handle project financials, including invoicing, collections, and identifying opportunities for additional services
- The Senior Project Manager will report directly to the project director or senior leadership within the Critical Environments team
- €110,000 - €160,000 per annum (location and experience dependant)
