Site Manager - Athens

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the commissioning of backup generators at a high-availability data centre facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all on-site activities related to generator installation, testing, and integration into the facility’s power infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations during generator commissioning.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and compliant execution.
• Oversee testing, start-up, and performance verification of generators.
• Ensure all works meet safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Maintain detailed records of commissioning progress, issues, and resolutions.
• Report project status to stakeholders and escalate critical issues when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data centre operations or critical infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, particularly backup power and generators.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Relevant technical certifications or engineering background preferred.
• Must have right to work in EU
