Site Manager MV

I’m currently working  with a leading provider of critical digital infrastructure, who specialise within the Datacentre industry and are looking for a Site Manager to support across their projects in the Sweden.

Start date - ASAP

- Coordinate daily site operations and logistics to ensure smooth workflow and alignment with project schedules.
- Support site leadership in managing subcontractor activities, workforce access, and material deliveries.
- Maintain up-to-date records for inductions, permits to work, RAMS (Risk Assessment & Method Statements), and other site documentation.
- Ensure all site activities are carried out in accordance with HSE requirements; report unsafe practices or incidents to the HSE team.
- Monitor and manage temporary facilities, access controls, site signage, welfare areas, and storage zones.
- Assist in organizing site meetings, preparing minutes, and tracking action items.
- Communicate and escalate site issues or coordination problems to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
