Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee and coordinate all electrical works on a high-profile data centre project in Sweden.
This is a 6 month contract role ideal for professionals with a strong background in managing on-site electrical installations in mission-critical environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical subcontractors on site
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and local regulations
- Monitor progress, quality, and safety standards of electrical installations
- Manage materials, deliveries, and site logistics related to electrical scope
- Conduct inspections and testing of electrical systems (LV/MV), ensuring readiness for commissioning
- Liaise with client representatives, consultants, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate site records, reports, and daily logs
- Support the project team during commissioning and handover phases
- Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager or Supervisor on large-scale construction projects
- Prior experience with data centre or critical infrastructure projects strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of electrical systems (MV specifically/UPS)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Fluent in English
