SVP GTM - North America | EV Charging | PE-Backed Scale-Up
A high-growth EV charging business in the North American market is seeking a senior Go-to-Market leader to help drive its next phase of expansion.
Backed by a private equity firm with a broader portfolio across the cleantech and energy markets, the company is entering an exciting scale-up stage and is looking for a commercially minded leader to shape how it wins in the market. This is a pivotal role for someone who can combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution across business outreach, marketing strategy, customer acquisition, and customer retention.
You will be responsible for building and refining the commercial engine of the business, helping to strengthen market positioning, expand customer reach, and implement scalable attraction and retention models that support long-term growth.

What you’ll be doing
- Lead and evolve the company’s North American go-to-market strategy
- Oversee business outreach and strategic marketing activity to accelerate growth
- Design and implement scalable customer acquisition and retention models
- Strengthen brand positioning and improve market penetration across key segments
- Partner closely with leadership to translate growth ambition into commercial execution
- Build frameworks that improve customer engagement, conversion, and long-term loyalty
- Help shape the next chapter of a business moving from growth story to scaled market player
- Proven senior leadership experience across GTM, growth, commercial strategy, marketing, or business development
- Strong track record of building or scaling customer attraction and retention strategies
- Experience in EV charging, eMobility, cleantech, energy, infrastructure, or adjacent high-growth markets
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution level in a fast-paced environment
- A commercially driven, growth-oriented leader who is comfortable in a scaling business
