VP HR

Vice President Human Resources – South West England | Site-Based

I am supporting a major, globally backed manufacturing business in the appointment of a Vice President Human Resources to lead the HR function through an important phase of growth and organisational development.

This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for shaping the HR strategy, culture and workforce while partnering closely with senior operational leadership across the business.

The successful individual will play a key role in developing a high-performing People function, strengthening organisational capability and supporting the
business through a significant period of expansion and transformation.

We are particularly interested in HR leaders with a strong manufacturing background and a combination of:

• Significant senior HR leadership experience within manufacturing
• Strong HR Business Partnering experience
• Deep Employee Relations / Industrial Relations expertise
• Proven trade union / collective bargaining experience
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law
• Experience in Training & Development
• Experience building or transforming HR functions during periods of significant growth
• Ability to operate effectively within complex, international and cross-cultural environments
