We are seeking a Commercial Structuring Manager to lead complex customer deals from initial qualification to signing. You will be responsible for structuring bankable, risk-aligned commercial terms and managing cross-functional deal processes, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement of deal templates and offerings.

You will be responsible for structuring bankable, risk-aligned commercial terms and managing cross-functional deal processes, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement of deal templates and offerings.
Overview of the role:
- Own commercial structuring for complex deals (e.g., tolling contracts, route-to-market service agreements), from qualified lead and term sheet drafting to LFA signing
- Lead cross-functional deal execution, ensuring critical inputs and back-to-back alignment of Finance/Risk, Legal, Product, and technical stakeholders land on time
- Establish execution discipline in deal-making (timeline management, decision logs, open points tracking), so the deal owner can focus on steering the commercial process
- Create and continuously improve repeatable offering structures, templates and playbooks covering the majority of recurring deal types
- Ensure alignment of new and existing service supplier contracts with our commercial offerings
- Lead and execute complex, multi stakeholder transactions, including commercial negotiation and financial structuring
- Structure and manage long term tolling agreements (typically 5-7 years)
- Drive deal execution with a hands on approach, contributing to the origination and closing of new transactions
- Partner with asset developers to onboard and integrate new opportunities onto the platform
- Develop and implement commodity risk frameworks and pricing methodologies
- Apply strong understanding of legal frameworks, contract structures and credit risk in all transactions
- Contribute to complex infrastructure and energy related agreements
- Proven cross functional stakeholder management (Sales, Finance/Risk, Legal, Tech, Assets) and ability to work with external advisors when needed
- Work fluently across German and English in a professional environment
