Data Centre Capacity Planning Manager

We’re working with a global financial-grade data centre operator with ultra-secure infrastructure, now looking to hire a Data Centre Capacity Planning Manager in Zurich.

The role

• Lead capacity forecasting across multiple data centre facilities
• Monitor and optimise power utilisation and infrastructure availability
• Support growth planning to ensure capacity keeps pace with business demand
• Use data and analytics to improve planning accuracy and operational decision-making
• Work across critical environments with a focus on resilience, efficiency, and long-term scalability

What we’re looking for

• Experience in capacity modelling within data centres or critical infrastructure environments
• Strong knowledge of DCIM tools
• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data
• Experience in forecasting and long-term capacity planning
• Ability to work across multiple sites and manage complex planning requirements
