One of our clients is a major global energy player with a sizeable portfolio looking to hire an experienced Business Developer to join their European team in France, Netherlands, or Belgium.
As Business Developer you will focus on the origination of flexibility B2B solutions, working with large industrial clients across Europe, identifying flexibility needs and solutions related to BESS behind-the-meter and DSM, as well as developing relationships and partnerships with OEMs, EPCs, system integrators, EV charging solution providers, aggregators and digital/IoT players. In developing opportunities you will work closely with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
You will come with an in-depth understanding of behind-the-meter BESS and flexibility economics, with an established network and demonstrable success in origination/sales and negotiation across various power markets. Ideally you will have the ability to speak French and/or Dutch.
