HSE Manager

I’m currently working with a leading power generation corporation who specialise in supplying and commissioning power generation products to Datacentres globally.
We are currently looking for a HSE Manager to join them on a long term project based in Copenhagen.
 
Location: Copenhagen
Start: January 2026
Duration: 1 Month with possible extension
 
Job Description:
 

• Develop, implement, and maintain the project-specific HSE management plan in accordance with legal and client requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure appropriate controls are in place before and during construction activities.
• Lead and coordinate site safety inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training sessions for all staff and contractors.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with all HSE legislation and company policies on-site.
• Carry out regular site inspections, audits, and incident investigations, ensuring proper documentation and corrective actions.
• Liaise with the client, main contractor, and other stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment on HSE matters.
• Lead incident response planning and emergency preparedness drills.
• Report HSE performance metrics regularly to project leadership and corporate HSE.

 
Experience:
 

• Previous HSE Manager experience, preferably on Datacentre projects.
• Knowledge of Danish HSE legislation.
• Proficient in English and Danish Desirable.
