Junior Compliance Analyst

We are working on behalf of a leading organisation in the energy sector, renowned for its global commodities, supply and marketing operations. Currently, they are seeking a dedicated Junior Compliance Analyst to join their London team. 
 
This is an excellent opportunity for an early career professional to develop expertise in regulatory and compliance functions within a dynamic industry environment.
 
Role Overview:

• Support regulatory reporting under MiFID II, REMIT, EMIR and other UK/EU legislation
• Monitor and interpret regulatory changes affecting wholesale energy transactions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Assist in developing and delivering compliance training programmes

Required Experience & Skills:

• 1+ years’ experience in UK/EU energy markets, regulatory or compliance roles preferred
• Exposure or strong interest in developing knowledge of EU/UK commodities markets, including LNG, Gas and Crude
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to interpret complex legislation and communicate effectively
• Proficiency with MS Office suite
