Project Manager

We are representing a up and coming project delivery company currently operating in the Datacentre space. Our client is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of complex, mission-critical construction projects in Poland on a contractual basis.

Start: End of May/June
Duration: 12 Months with likely extension


Role Overview

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of data centre construction projects, including new builds and upgrades across Poland/EU
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure delivery on time and within agreed financial parameters
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams spanning design, engineering, and on-site operations
• Oversee contractors and supply chain partners, ensuring compliance with quality, health & safety, and technical standards
• Act as the primary interface with clients and stakeholders, providing regular reporting, progress updates, and risk assessments
• Support commissioning, testing, and handover of critical systems, including electrical, mechanical, cooling, and BMS infrastructure
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies in line with contractual obligations

Experience & Skills

• Demonstrable experience delivering data centre or other mission-critical infrastructure projects
• Strong background in construction project management, either on the client side or with a main contractor
• Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems within critical environments
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and complex stakeholder structures
• Familiarity with international and regional contract frameworks (e.g. FIDIC; knowledge of Polish construction law is an advantage)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational capabilities
• Degree (or equivalent) in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
