Sales Director C&I Energy Storage

Sales Director – C&I Energy Storage (Remote position, North America)

Join a fast-growing energy storage company at a pivotal stage of expansion. My client is looking for an ambitious, hands-on Sales Director to lead the growth of their Commercial & Industrial energy storage business across North America.
In this role, you will own regional sales strategy, build key partnerships, and scale market share for a BESS portfolio. Work closely with major customers such as EPCs, IPPs, data centers, and integrators, while building and leading a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead sales strategy and channel expansion across North America
• Drive revenue growth and manage multi-million-dollar projects
• Build and expand strategic partnerships and key accounts
• Negotiate contracts, oversee project execution, and ensure commercial success
• Build and manage a growing sales team
• Represent the brand at industry events and collaborate cross-functionally with product, R&D, and marketing teams

Desired background:

• Strong background in C&I energy storage or renewable energy sales
• Proven success in complex, high-value B2B sales and partnerships
• Good understanding of the North American energy storage market
• Leadership mindset, entrepreneurial drive, and comfort in a high-growth environment
