Senior PM - Netherlands

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Centre Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of critical infrastructure projects within high-demand data center environments. This role is responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary stakeholders, managing factory production and site delivery schedules, and ensuring safe, on-time, and high-quality execution of power and electrical infrastructure solutions.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in mechanical/electrical/data center projects, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven experience delivering complex, fast-track programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of all MEP related systems, LV/MV switchgear, E-houses, battery and power systems
• Align production, testing (FAT), and delivery schedules with customer requirements
• Coordinate customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Own project planning, resourcing, and HSE documentation
• Control PO releases and support cost planning
• Lead progress meetings and manage risks, issues, and schedules
• High levels of travel

Background Required

• Experience covering the Nordic region
• Data center, power, or electrical infrastructure project management experience
• Strong production, logistics, and delivery coordination skills
• Confident managing multiple technical stakeholders
