Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a high-spec Data Centre project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site management within mission-critical environments and proven experience overseeing commissioning phases.

Start: November 2025

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure safe, efficient, and timely project delivery
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel
• Oversee and support the commissioning process, ensuring systems are tested and validated to specification
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Monitor progress and provide regular site reports to project leadership

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on Data Centre or similar mission-critical projects
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and experience with commissioning (Level 1–5 preferred)
• Excellent understanding of construction site operations and safety standards
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or engineering preferred
• SMSTS/CSCS and other relevant certifications required
