Role Overview

We are seeking a Site Manager with an Electrical background to oversee and manage site-based electrical works on a Data Centre project in Abu Dhabi. The role requires strong hands-on experience in critical infrastructure environments, ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely execution of all electrical installations in line with Data Centre standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations for electrical works within a Data Centre environment
• Supervise and coordinate electrical teams and subcontractors on site
• Oversee installation, termination, testing, and commissioning of electrical cables
• Ensure proper execution of LV and MV systems installation and commissioning
• Support installation, testing, and integration of UPS systems and critical power infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with Data Centre standards, safety regulations, and project specifications
• Assist in planning and scheduling of site activities to meet project milestones
• Monitor site progress and provide regular updates to project management
• Provide hands-on technical support when required to resolve site issues
• Coordinate materials, tools, and manpower to ensure smooth execution of works

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in electrical site works within construction projects
• Experience in Data Centre or critical infrastructure projects is highly preferred
• Knowledge of LV/MV systems and UPS systems
• Experience in cable termination, testing, and commissioning
• Ability to support planning and scheduling of site activities
• Engineering background is an advantage
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• English speaking (written and verbal) is essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment
