Having joined in 2026, Chris leads Pangea's permanent recruitment and executive search business across the UK, partnering with organisations across energy trading, infrastructure, power markets, clean technology, data centres and the wider energy transition.

This ranges from specialist individual contributors through to executive and board-level appointments, helping clients secure the talent that drives growth, transformation and commercial performance.
