Overview of the role:

• Collaborate with the European energy team to develop supply and demand models for global LNG markets.
• Build and maintain robust models for major LNG importers and exporters.
• Generate trading ideas and assist in executing strategies based on model insights.
• Work closely with the development team to refine tools and increase model resilience.
• Opportunities for role development based on risk appetite and performance.

Required experience and skills:

• Proven experience in European energy markets, particularly LNG trading, analysis, or optimisation.
• Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in Python and statistical modelling.
• Excellent organisational, detail-oriented, and diligent work ethic.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Strong interest in trading, energy markets, and mathematics including probability and statistics.
