About the Role
We are delighted to partner with a leading global energy company committed to advancing sustainable energy solutions. Currently, they are seeking a talented Biomethane Sales Specialist to strengthen their UK market presence. This opportunity is being advertised on behalf of a client dedicated to renewable energy and emissions reduction.

Role Overview:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of UK-based clients, specialising in biomethane and green gas solutions.
  • Identify, prospect, and convert new clients, developing tailored products to meet their sustainability and energy needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on green gas strategies, low-carbon roadmaps, and certification requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including trading, ESG, regulatory, and marketing to drive market growth and product innovation.
Required Experience & Skills:
  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in B2B sales, business development, or sustainability within the energy sector (biomethane experience is advantageous).
  • Degree in Finance, Business, Sustainability, or related fields.
  • Fluent in English 
  • Proven sales record with strong organisational and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of UK sustainability policies, Net Zero commitments, and ESG frameworks.
  • Willingness to travel for f2f client meetings and conferences.
