Commissioning Engineer

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Engineer for a prominent client based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on critical power generation projects, focusing on gensets for data centres and mission-critical applications.

Role Overview:
The Commissioning Engineer will be responsible for scheduling site work, coordinating with project teams, overseeing installation and testing, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role involves travel to vendor locations and customer sites to support project execution and delivery.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Proven experience in commissioning power generation equipment, particularly general gensets used in data centres or mission-critical environments
• Strong understanding of electrical control circuits, schematics, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of FAT/SAT procedures and documentation
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to verify materials, inspect installations, and ensure quality standards

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Pattern: Monday - Friday Office Based
Start Date: Mid-End of August
Duration: 12 Months
