Investment Analyst - Global Infrastructure Asset Manager

Pangea are partnered with a global institutional asset manager with more than €10bn AUM, who focus on direct investments across all infrastructure sectors in OECD countries. Their Zurich-based investment team are looking to add an Investment Analyst to support the origination, execution and asset management of their core and core-plus infrastructure investments.
 
THE ROLE
 

• Active involvement in all aspects of the investment lifecycle
• Supporting the origination and execution of direct infrastructure investments
• Responsibility on specific due diligence workstreams across financial, commercial, and operational areas
• Developing financial models and conducting company valuations
• Preparing investment memoranda for internal committees
• Assisting in the management and monitoring of portfolio companies
• Conducting proactive independent research on sectors, trends, and investment opportunities

 
THE CANDIDATE
 

• A strong academic background from a top-tier university or business school
• 1–3 years of full-time experience in infrastructure M&A or another infrastructure private equity fund
• A genuine interest in infrastructure investing and long-term value creation
• Excellent analytical skills, financial modelling capabilities, and a solid grasp of corporate finance
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
• An intellectually curious and highly motivated personality
• Fluency in English is required and another European language is helpful
