Site Manager

Job Title: Electrical Site Manager – Data Centre projects across the Nordics

Role Overview We are seeking a experienced Electrical Site Managers to oversee the delivery, installation, and coordination of electrical systems on several major data centre projects across the Nordics. The successful candidate will ensure all works are completed safely, to specification, and in line with programme requirements, while maintaining strong communication between the project team, subcontractors, and client.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all electrical site activities, including MV/LV systems, power distribution, UPS systems, generators, and associated infrastructure.
• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications, project schedules, and industry standards.
• Coordinate and manage electrical subcontractors, providing daily direction and resolving any on-site issues.
• Oversee installation quality, commissioning readiness, and sign-off of electrical systems.
• Monitor progress against programme and report updates to the Project Manager.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies on site.
• Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and method statement reviews.
• Collaborate closely with mechanical, civil, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless integration of all electrical systems.
• Maintain accurate site records, including permits, test documentation, and daily reports.
• Support commissioning activities and assist in client handover documentation.

Essential Requirements

• 5–10 years managing electrical delivery on datacentre, mission-critical, or industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of MV/LV systems, power distribution, and critical electrical infrastructure.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
• Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations and site procedures.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant electrical qualification (e.g., Electrical Engineering degree, trade qualification, or equivalent).
• Valid safety certifications (e.g., CSCS, SMSTS, or equivalent depending on region).
• Right to work in the EU.

Education

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
