Are you Italian and passionate about Renewable Energy? Pangea is partner of one of the top 5 leading providers of fully integrated energy storage solutions and is now seeking a Senior Business Development – Energy Storage for Italy and European emerging markets.
This is a very strategic role to help our client drive growth across assigned countries with a strong focus on the Italian market, leading BESS sales opportunities from initial bid up to contract execution.
The opportunity is fully remote (based in Italy) and you would be reporting directly to the Area Sales Director being able to njoy flexible work arrangements and take ownership of your work!
What You’ll Do
✔️ Italian native speaker, fluent in English
✔️ 5+ years of experience in utility-scale renewable energy (at least one year experience in BESS is a must)
✔️ Proven track record of leading complex sales negotiations
✔️ Strong commercial mindset with deep understanding of energy storage markets
✔️ Excellent stakeholder engagement, risk management and communication skills
✔️ Willingness to travel up to 20% internationally

What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end sales of energy storage solutions, from bid to contract execution
- Manage key accounts and assess business opportunities for resource efficiency
- Coordinate pricing, cost estimation, and tender preparation with internal team
- Lead contract negotiations, risk mitigation, and ensure compliance with the client’s policie
- Accurately report and manage sales progress in CRM (Salesforce)
✔️ Italian native speaker, fluent in English
✔️ 5+ years of experience in utility-scale renewable energy (at least one year experience in BESS is a must)
